We are a leading software house providing complete system solution to the stockbroking and investment banking industry. To support the growth of our business, we seek a passionate and well-rounded individual to join us as Project Manager.

This is a high profile and important role. The candidate is a crucial intermediary between our internal resources and customers to get things done. The person must have good people skills, able to communicate well, resolve issues effectively, and is resourceful to drive initiatives/activities to achieve project goals.

The Project Manager is expected to lead, motivate, guide and support a cross functional team to deliver our promised services. Experience in managing virtual project teams would be an advantage.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess an open mind, be flexible and adaptable to changing situations, willing to try new ways and have a proactive mindset. The candidate practises collaboration and involvement to solicit input and feedback from internal and external customer to build, review and improve plans.

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
• Knowledge in PMP, Prince II or its equivalent project management methodology is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in programming language is an added advantage
• Understanding of stock market industry is an added advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details and have high quality standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
