Account Manager /Marketing Executive
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in proposals and quotations preparation. Between, makes presentations and product demonstrations for clients or potential clients on product and services provided
• Develop new customers to increase sales and company profitability. An observation of full sales cycle is a definite job specification of this position
• Preparing company brochures to market company products (application solutions) to corporate clients and also potential clients
• Identify and document service and product needs of customers to provide feedback to the Development team
• Develop and strategizes marketing plans and initiatives
• Liaise closely with customers on projects and payment follow ups
• Build a solid business understanding of the market and customer needs
• Build a good business relationship with existing and future customers
• Be courteous, attentive and response to customer query with a definite end to solutions
• Provide constructive suggestions to R & D team for product enhancements
• Ensure well organized documentation and filing of all related documents to ensure smooth retrieving
• Training will be provided

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in IT, Banking , Business or equivalent
• At least 2 years sales and marketing experience in IT industry
• Good in computer knowledge
• Knowledge of a good filing system and ensure confidentiality
• Love to meet people and able to work in team
• Strong willing to learn  
• Ambitious, hardworking and goal oriented
• Good communications and interpersonal skills with all levels of people
• Good command of language in both written and spoken English, ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and good self discipline
• Willing to travel as and when needed.
