Account Manager - Marketing
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

Marketing

• Responsible for preparing business proposals and quotations.
• Preparing company brochures to market company products (application solutions) to existing corporate clients and potential clients.
• Develops marketing plans and initiatives.
• Responsible for documenting marketing files.
• Participating in updating product information on company website.

Account Management

• Develop new customers to increase sales and company profitability.
• Arrange and conduct presentations and product demonstrations for clients or potential clients on product and services provided.
• To follow up on matters outstanding with respective departments.
• Identify new service and product needs of customers to provide feedback to the Development team.
• Liaise closely with customers on projects and payment follow ups.
• Develop a solid business understanding of the market and customer needs.
• Build a good business relationship with existing and future customers.
• Provide constructive suggestions to R & D team for product enhancements.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degreein IT, Computer Science or equivalent
• Good knowledge in financial, banking and stockbroking would be an added advantage
• At least 2 years sales and marketing experience in IT industry
• Love to meet people and a team player.
• Willing to learn, ambitious, hardworking and goal oriented.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills with all levels of people.
• Good command of language in both written and spoken English, ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willing to travel when needed.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status, preferably Chinese conversant.
