Customer Service Engineer
(Selangor - Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in Service and Repair of Electronic Equipments or Components
  • Experienced in Repair/troubleshooting of PC Monitor/ LCD display
  • Provide on-site technical support which including parts and equipments maintenance, installation, and repair in order to fulfill customer needs
  • Shares knowledge with customers about the operation and maintenance of computer equipments and parts.
  • Assist internally for IT related setup and troubleshooting of IT equipments such as PCs, Laptops, Printers, Projectors, network and etc
  • To be responsible for IT equipments or its components purchase request for internal use purpose.
  • Ad Hoc projects assigned from time to time from the departmental head.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree
  • Knowledge of PC and setting up wired and/or wireless networking.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Possess valid driving license preferably of commercial type
  • Willing to travel and carry out on-site servicing and deliveries
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply
