System Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining, installation and troubleshooting system application for all the servers and workstations inclusive operating systems, office applications and other software applications in the company and hosted at designated Data Centre.
  • Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all hardware for the servers, workstations, switches and networking peripherals and hosted at designated Data Centre inclusive of system inventory.
  • Familiarity with maintaining, troubleshooting and monitoring system security for company local area network, wide area network, firewall, internet and email facilities is highly regarded.
  • Documenting service-log, keeping track of bug fixing and version upgrades, participating in Development discussion to enhance and improve system applications are the job requirements where value addition to the team and interaction with all level are expected.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Professional Certification as MCSE/MCSA/MCDBA will be an added advantage.
  • Specific technical skill requirements inclusive of familiarity with MS Win 95/98/Me, MS Win 2000/XP, MS Server NT/2000/2003
  • proficiency in ASP and MS SQL, working knowledge in MS Technologies like Active Directory, MSMQ, COM+ and good trouble shooting skill.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status, preferably Chinese.

Quality Assurance Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Create test plan / test strategy, and test condition / cases
  • Ability to review test cases specification to ensure all test scope fulfill business requirements
  • Perform all types of testing includes Functional Testing, Integration Testing, White Box Testing, Black Box Testing, Performance Testing, Stress Testing
  • Create sample test data and to deploy test application into test environment
  • Document test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action
  • Generates status reports and updates to all project stakeholders
  • Perform defect management (i.e. To log, assign, analyze and track the defect until its closure)
  • To complete testing within stipulated timeline
  • Proactively identify test issues and potential process improvement areas, suggest options and recommend approaches
  • Enforce and enhance the process, procedures and standard during testing
  • Take accountability towards production incidents arising from poor testing

Requirements:

  • Candidate must posses at least a Diploma/Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Passion and experience in testing for Microsoft-based, web-based/ front end application, Client server, and mobile application.
  • Experience in diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues
  • Has ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently
  • Have an eye for detail and persistent
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must
  • Willingness and ability to adapt new technologies and concepts
  • Posses basic knowledge of “Quality Assurance (QA)” and/or testing tools and methodologies
  • Good understanding in testing life cycle / Software Development Life Cycle
  • Basic knowledge in Java, C++, C#, C, ASP, ASP.net, and SQL
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English
  • Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status, preferably Chinese conversant
 

Customer Service Executive – Helpdesk

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering phone calls, listening tentatively to the service log reported and assisting in trouble-shooting
  • Documenting service logs and assisting in resources allocation to ensure that the service level commitments are met
  • Email Reply - Provide immediate attention to customer’s problems, requests and follow ups with appropriate resolution
  • Liaise with Software Development Team to ensure client’s requests or concerns are promptly and properly addressed
  • Daily monitoring of the performance of the client’s system application by close liaison with the data center personnel
  • Recognize and take action when escalation and de-escalation is required for critical and urgent case within Service Level Commitment
  • Providing feedback effectively to supervisors and managers to ensure utmost customer satisfaction, i.e. to prioritise the severity of service requirement reported and ensure it is attended to effectively
  • Assist in keep track of bug fixing and version upgrades
  • Assist in reporting, troubleshooting, monitoring of the telecommunication lines, internet connections of customers and email facilities of the office
  • Extensive familiarization and training on the product and its features will be provided

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Call Centre or Helpdesk working experience in related field, preferably in financial industry will be an advantage
  • Good telephone communicational skill, courteous, responsive and attentive to customer’s queries
  • Good knowledge in IT hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Pleasant personality with excellent phone manner
  • Good in promoting a positive service culture

Software Developer/ Senior Software Developer

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for development of applications system for the company according to the technical design provided
  • To provide software testing on developed applications system
  • To provide software modification/bug fixing
  • To provide software implementation & software modification support
  • Intensive on the job training will be provided

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Have experience in designing, developing and implementing windows applications (client/server and web-based applications) – at work or during their coursework/internship
  • Must possess specific programming strength in one of these, Microsoft Visual C++, ASP.net, MS SQL
  • Possess additional programming skill in C#, ASP or Java Script as a multi-tasking capacity, will be highly regarded
  • Possess interest in database, GUI and network programming
  • Fast learners, positive attitude and display team spirit
  • Flexible, hardworking, able to deliver on time on job assigned
  • Fresh Graduates/Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • For senior level position, at least 2 years relevant working experience is required
